Regina has two decades of experience as a medical administrator. She coordinates billing, surgical scheduling, patient coordination, and general office administration. Patients love Reinga for her ability to clearly address their questions and concerns, as well as her prowess in navigating matters with insurance providers. Outside of work, Regina loves kayaking with her family and settling down with a good book.
Deidre Coleman
Laser Technician
Deidre is skilled in multiple cosmetic procedures such as Laser Hair Removal, Anti-Aging Skin Tightening, Skin Rejuvenation & Body Contouring. She travels and spends time with her beloved dog when not working with patients.
Doreen Wu
Laser Technician, Senior Medical Assistant, Study Coordinator
Doreen coordinates the clinical sessions to make sure all care is organized and efficiently delivered. Also, she is experienced with some of the newest aesthetic devices available in the practice. She serves as one of the study coordinators for FDA clinical trials performed in the practice. You will enjoy her warm and friendly demeanor as she guides you through the care experience. Outside of work, Doreen enjoys playing pickleball, walking her dog, and going to museums.

Medical Assistant, Study Coordinator
Summer is part of the clinical team, coordinating the logistics of making your office visit smooth and relaxing. In her free time, Summer enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exploring New York City, and solving crosswords with friends.

Another kind, smiling member of the clinical team, Nathalia will help you get ready for treatments and make sure your visit to Bass Plastic Surgery is pleasant and informed. When not at the office, Nathalia enjoys traveling and playing with her beloved cat.

Manhattan Office Patient Coordinator
Friendly and knowledgeable, Erica has been answering patient phone calls and scheduling their appointments for two decades. She has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the practice. In her spare time, Erica plans events, tends to her garden, and enjoys quality time with her family.
