Whether you get her on the phone or in person, Lauren's welcoming and warm energy can be felt in every patient interaction. She is eager to assist you, and be a part of your beauty journey. When not in the office, Lauren enjoys instructing fitness classes and spending time with friends, family, and her rescue dog.

Erica Rodriguez

Patient Coordinator & Manhattan Office Manager

Friendly and knowledgeable, Erica has been an integral member of the Bass Plastic Surgery staff for over two decades. She has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the practice, and spends her days meticulously coordinating every detail of a patient's care. Erica enjoys moving patients through their journey from start to finish, and loves to be there for them every step of the way. In her spare time, Erica loves to read, plan events for her friends and family, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Regina Moran

Great Neck Office Manager

Regina has two decades of experience as a medical administrator. She coordinates billing, surgical scheduling, patient coordination, and general office administration. Patients love Reinga for her ability to clearly address their questions and concerns, as well as her prowess in navigating matters with insurance providers. Outside of work, Regina loves kayaking with her family and settling down with a good book.

Kai Chun

Licensed Aesthetician

With multiple tiers of training, starting with Christine Valmay, Phi Academy and Gang Man in Seoul, Korea, along with over 20 years of experience working in aesthetics, our licensed aesthetician Kai Chun is ideally suited to be our Director of Skin Care. Whether it is the detailed, precise quality of her work or the enjoyable time you spend chatting with her during a treatment, you and your skin will be glad you found her. In her free time Kai likes to travel and discover new and interesting places to visit.

Priyanka Nanayakkara

Medical Assistant

Priyanka is one of our thoughtful and compassionate medical assistants. She is excited to support you throughout your beauty journey, providing a caring presence while getting to know you along the way. Outside of work, Priyanka enjoys discovering new dessert spots in the city and reading (always open to recommendations!).
